"Hey Nutty, sleep well?" I sroked Nutmeg's nose and palmed her a polo. She whickered and nuzzled in my pocket for more. I laughed. "Maybe later, but we need to get riding! Let's tack you up." I went to fetch Nutty's saddle and bridle, and put them on the rack outside her door.
"Out you come then." I led Nutty out of her shadowy loose box and pulled off her rug, foldingit and hanging it over the stable door.
